Maybe you've been tracking your cycle for months and you're not sure what your charts are telling you. Maybe you've just come off the pill and your body is doing things you don't recognise. Maybe you have a specific symptom — painful periods, irregular ovulation, luteal phase spotting, low energy — and you want someone to actually look at your situation and help you make sense of it.

Maybe you're not new to this work at all, you just need a proper space to think it through with someone who knows what they're talking about.

What we can cover in a Groundwork Session

  • Whether you've never tracked before or you're not sure you're doing it right — we can walk through basal body temperature (BBT) and cervical fluid observation, what to look for, how to record it, and what it's telling you. We can also look at apps vs paper tracking and figure out what works best for you.

  • Already tracking but not sure what your charts mean? Bring them and we'll look at what your data is actually showing you — your ovulation timing, your luteal phase length, your temperature patterns — and translate it into something you can actually use.

  • An introduction to the four phases of your cycle as inner seasons — what's happening hormonally in each one, how it shapes your energy, mood, creativity and needs, and how to start building your life around your rhythm rather than against it.

  • We can explore what might be driving your painful / heavy periods, what your symptoms could be signalling, and where to start in terms of nutritional and lifestyle support.

  • If you're struggling in the week or two before your period with mood, energy, irritability, anxiety, or feeling like a different person, we can look at what's happening hormonally and what actually helps.

  • If your cycle is unpredictable, your periods are infrequent, or you suspect you're not ovulating — we can explore what your body might be communicating and what factors could be at play.

  • If you've recently stopped the pill, the implant, the hormonal coil or any other form of hormonal contraception — we can talk through what to expect, how long recovery typically takes, and how to support your body through the transition.

  • Your cycle returning after birth can feel completely unfamiliar. We can talk through what's normal, what to watch for, and how to start building body literacy in this new chapter.

  • If you're trying to conceive and want to truly understand your fertile window, we can go through your fertile signs, what healthy cervical fluid looks like, how to identify ovulation from your charts, and what your cycle is telling you about your reproductive health.

  • Stress is one of the most significant disruptors of the menstrual cycle — it can delay ovulation, shorten the luteal phase, and worsen symptoms across the board. We can explore what's happening in your body and what supports your nervous system and your cycle.

About Molly

I help women come home to their bodies through menstrual cycle awareness, hormone health and the radical act of actually listening to what your body is telling you.

I’m a hormone health practitioner + menstrual cycle guide, and I bring 8 years of cycle tracking, 12 years of motherhood, 2 births (medicated and natural), and a cryptic pregnancy — all of which live in my medicine bag.

I work at the intersection of fertility awareness, cyclical living, nutrition, lifestyle and human design, because your hormones don't exist in isolation (and neither do you).

This work holds both the science and the sacred, the clinical and the cyclical, the data and the deep knowing underneath it. Because I think you deserve both real answers and the feeling of finally being understood.

  • If you have cycle data (charts, app exports, any notes you've kept) bring them. If you don't, just bring your questions. The intake form will help you gather your thoughts beforehand.

  • If you'd like to go deeper after your Groundwork Session, you're welcome to move into Blood & Bloom, my 3 month 1:1 programme. We can talk about whether it's the right fit in the session itself.
