Hormone Health & Menstrual Cycle Consultation
a 1:1 Groundwork Session to make sense of your cycle and symptoms
Your body’s been trying to tell you something, let’s work out what
Your period runs your life. Pain that has you curled up on the sofa, bleeding that's hard to manage, and you’re constantly having to cancel plans because you’re wiped out.
Your cycle is all over the place. It's too long, too short, or impossible to predict. Maybe there's spotting you can't explain, or you're not sure you're even ovulating.
Or you feel like a different person before your bleed. Mood swings, anxiety, rage or exhaustion that arrive like clockwork, and leave you wondering who that was.
ChatGPT is saying ‘low progesterone’ but you have no idea what to do about that. You've googled, you've maybe even been told it's normal, and part of you is starting to think it's all in your head (it isn't).
Your symptoms are your body communicating with you. ‘It’s common’ doesn't mean it’s normal, and you don't have to just put up with it.
What is a Groundwork Session?A 60 minute hormone health and menstrual cycle consultation to map where your body is now, where you want it to be, and what's getting in the way. We look in depth at your cycle, your symptoms and your history, and you leave with a clear, personal next step.
You bring your cycle, your questions and your story, I bring everything I’ve learned and everything I’ve lived to help you make sense of it.
What we can cover in a Groundwork Session
YOUR PERIOD + SYMPTOMS:-
Period pain that stops you in your tracks, or bleeding that's hard to manage, isn't something you have to ‘just put up with’. We'll explore what might be driving it, what your symptoms could be signalling, and where to start with nutrition and lifestyle support. If anything needs looking into further, I'll help you know what to ask your GP
-
If you're struggling in the week or 2 before your period with mood, energy, irritability or anxiety — or feel like a different person, we'll look at what's happening hormonally and what actually helps. PMDD is a recognised medical condition, so if that's what you're experiencing, I'll support you alongside your GP.
-
I live with endometriosis myself, so I know how long the road to answers can be. Whether you're still waiting for a diagnosis or already have one, we'll look at how your cycle and symptoms are connected, and what nutrition and lifestyle support could help alongside your medical care.
-
Stress is one of the most common disruptors of the menstrual cycle. It can delay ovulation, shorten your luteal phase and make symptoms worse across the board. We'll look at what's happening in your body and what helps you feel resourced enough to support your nervous system and your cycle.
-
If your energy crashes, your mood dips or you just don't feel like yourself at certain points in the month, your cycle might be part of the picture. We'll map how you feel against your cycle phases and look at what support could help you feel steadier.
YOUR CYCLE:-
Whether you've been tracking for months or never started, we'll look at what your charts are telling you, including basal body temperature (BBT), cervical fluid and cycle length. If you're new to tracking, I'll show you what to record and how, so your data actually means something.
-
Cycles that are long, short, unpredictable or missing altogether are your body telling you something. We'll look at the possible reasons, from stress, under-eating and coming off contraception to thyroid health or PMOS (formerly PCOS), and work out what support makes sense and whether it's worth asking your GP for tests.
-
Spotting in the days before your period, or a short gap between ovulation and your bleed, can be a sign your body needs more support in the second half of your cycle. We'll look at your patterns and what might help.
-
Whether you've been diagnosed or suspect it, we'll look at how it's showing up in your cycle and symptoms, and what nutrition, movement and lifestyle support could help alongside your medical care.
-
Whether you're thinking about stopping or you've just come off, we'll talk through what to expect, what's normal as your natural cycle returns, and how to support your body through the change, including any symptoms that were hidden while you were on it.

A few questions you might have
-
Not at all, come as you are, with whatever you know and whatever you're wondering. We'll work with what you have.
-
If you have cycle data (charts, app exports, any notes you've kept) bring them. If you don't, just bring your questions. The intake form will help you gather your thoughts beforehand.
-
Yes. Whether you're thinking about coming off, already off, or just curious about your hormonal health, there's plenty to explore together.
-
I'd love that! At the end of your Groundwork Session, I'll share my honest recommendation for your next step. Sometimes that's a few changes to try on your own. Sometimes it's a conversation with your GP. And sometimes it's continuing to work together 1:1.
-
Yes, always. The recording and a written summary of key takeaways and next steps will be sent within 2 working days of our session.
About Molly
I help women come home to their bodies through menstrual cycle awareness, hormone health and the radical act of actually listening to what your body is telling you.
I’m a hormone health practitioner + menstrual cycle guide, and I bring 8 years of cycle tracking, 12 years of motherhood, 2 births (medicated and natural), a cryptic pregnancy, and an unfortunate dose of endometriosis — all of which live in my medicine bag.
I work at the intersection of fertility awareness, cyclical living, nutrition, lifestyle and human design, because your hormones don't exist in isolation (and neither do you).
This work holds both the science and the sacred, the clinical and the cyclical, the data and the deep knowing underneath it. Because I think you deserve both real answers and the feeling of finally being understood.
