What is Blood + Bloom?

Blood & Bloom is a 3 month 1:1 programme grounded in science, rooted in the wisdom of your cycle, and guided by the Whole Woman® method

So many approaches to hormone health look at your symptoms in isolation. Blood & Bloom looks at you - all of you - through the lens of your cycle. Nothing happens in a vacuum, your body is a mirror to your stress load, your nourishment, your sleep, your nervous system, and the stories you've carried about it your whole life. So we peel back each layer until you can hear what your body has been saying all along.

At the centre of everything is your Cycle (aka your map). A monthly report on your hormones, your nervous system, your energy, and your life. Once you know how to read it, everything else becomes clearer.

The Whole Woman Method: 5 circles with each layer

From there, we move through 4 layers using the Whole Woman® Method:

herstory

[the threshold] the stories you carry about your cycle, where your relationship with it began, and what needs to shift before anything else can.

nervous system

[the foundation] because you cannot nourish your way out of a dysregulated nervous system, and chronic stress is a hormonal event.

nourishment

[the fuel] food as direct hormone support, cycle by cycle, phase by phase.

lifestyle

[the container] sleep, movement, rest, and rhythm, the daily conditions your cycle lives inside.

Blood & Bloom is an orientation rather than a protocol - a way of coming home to your body, learning to hear it, and finally knowing how to respond.

What’s included

  • You'll complete a detailed intake form covering your cycle history, symptoms, Herstory, lifestyle, sleep, stress levels and any previous tracking. This is where our work begins.

  • We begin with a proper deep dive. We'll move through your intake form & any existing cycle data, building a full picture of where you are right now. You'll leave this session with clarity on what to track, why it matters, and what your body is already telling you.

  • After our first session, I'll put together your Whole Woman map, a document that reflects back what I've heard across each layer of the method. Here's what the science says, here's what your body's story tells us, here's the terrain we'll move through together.

  • Each bi-weekly session follows the arc of the Whole Woman Method - moving through herstory, nervous system, nourishment, and lifestyle, with your cycle as the red thread running through all of it. Every session opens with what your tracking data is showing, then goes deeper into the layer we're working with.

    After each session I’ll send a summary of what we covered and what to focus on before we meet again.

  • Telegram support Tuesday - Friday throughout the programme. Send questions, share observations from your tracking, notice something in your chart you want to flag - I respond within 24 hours. You are held between sessions, not just during them.

  • Our final session will look at everything that has shifted over 3 months, reflect on your original intentions, and talk about how you carry this forward. You’ll also receive an end-of-programme summary with your progress, key insights, and recommendations for what comes next.

Why 3 months?

It takes around 3 full cycles for an ovarian follicle to complete its lifecycle. It also takes around 3 full cycles to genuinely integrate new tracking habits and begin to see real patterns in your data. 3 months is the minimum amount of time needed to do this work properly and thoroughly.

The bi-weekly rhythm matters too, it creates enough space between sessions for life to happen, for patterns to emerge, for you to actually live what we’re exploring - but close enough that nothing gets lost or forgotten.

About Molly

I help women come home to their bodies through menstrual cycle awareness, hormone health and the radical act of actually listening to what your body is telling you.

I’m a hormone health practitioner + menstrual cycle guide, and I bring 8 years of cycle tracking, 12 years of motherhood, 2 births (medicated and natural), and a cryptic pregnancy — all of which live in my medicine bag.

I work at the intersection of fertility awareness, cyclical living, nutrition, lifestyle and human design, because your hormones don't exist in isolation (and neither do you).

This work holds both the science and the sacred, the clinical and the cyclical, the data and the deep knowing underneath it. Because I think you deserve both real answers and the feeling of finally being understood.

A few questions you might have

  • Not at all. We’ll set you up with everything you need in our opening session, the only requirement is a willingness to start paying attention.

  • A basal body thermometer (I’ll point you towards the right ones), somewhere to record your observations, and an open mind. I’ll guide you through everything else.

  • We can absolutely work together. It can actually be a great time to start learning, so you’re prepared for what comes when you do come off. Just mention it in your intake form.

  • Yes. Understanding your cycle and learning to recognise your fertile signs is one of the most empowering things you can do when trying to conceive. We’ll work with your charts to give you real, personalised insight into your unique cycle.

  • Some clients choose to continue with monthly one-off sessions for ongoing support, others feel equipped and ready to go self-guided. We’ll talk about what feels right in our closing session.
